Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear Nottingham slots moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed no empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.
